Application documentation, including plans, drawings, and other supporting technical documents will be available for inspection at the relevant London Borough Planning Department office, branch libraries within the relevant Borough and in many cases on line on the Borough's website.
Comments on planning applications should only be submitted to the London Borough Planning Departments who will advise the Corporation of your views. Please do not send your comments directly to London Thames Gateway Development. You are welcome to attend meetings of LTGDC's Planning Committee which are held in public. Where objectors have asked to speak, applicants or their representatives will also be asked whether they wish to speak at the meeting. Applicants or their representatives will not normally be allowed to speak where the application is recommended for approval and there are no requests from objectors to speak. When there is public speaking at Planning Committee, a total of 5 minutes is allocated to allow objectors to address committee. A further 5 minutes is allocated to allow supporters, including the applicant, to address committee. If there is more than one person wishing to speak, the time will be allocated between them. Please contact our committee clerk Sarah Egan by 5pm 2 working days before committee at the latest in order to notify of your intention to speak. There is no need to notify us if you wish to attend and not speak.
