In common with many websites, there is some information which is tracked automatically, including the website you have just come from, the website you go to next, the browser you are using and any searches you may have done. The information is used for internal purposes; it is kept in a form that does not identify individuals and is deleted after 3 months.
If you submit a query to us and/or register to receive information from LTGDC you will be asked for your name and email address and other optional details. This information will be held to enable us to respond to your query and unless you have indicated to the contrary, send you further information which LTGDC believes is relevant to your interest. You may request we stop sending emails to you at anytime, by sending an email to us and putting "remove details" in the subject line. Due to Data Protection law we do not completely remove your details from our system, only suppress them.
LTGDC aims to ensure such requests are dealt with within 72 hours of notification, but this is not always possible and we can accept no liability to you for failing to do so.
