Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("the
Act") gives members of the public a right of access to
information held by public authorities. London Thames Gateway
Development Corporation is committed to comply with the obligations
imposed by the Act.
If you wish to request information that is not
available on this website, you may exercise your right of access to
information by submitting a written request to:

Your request must:
- state your name,
- provide an address for correspondence; and
- describe the information you require.
Although the Act allows a period of 20 working days for a response
to be given, we will attempt to provide an answer as soon as
possible. Please note under the Act you may not be entitled to all
the information you request, for example, if it is confidential to
a third party or contains an individual's personal information.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may
ask for your request to be reviewed internally by London Thames
Gateway Corporation. A request for a review may be sent to the Head
of Communications at the same address set out above.
A member of senior of senior management will
conduct the review and we will endeavour to notify you of the
outcome in 20 working days.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may appeal to the
Information Commissioner for a decision on the handling of your
request. The Information Commissioner is an independent statutory
body which polices the operation of the Act and can be contacted at
